Rectangular block heat exchangers

Block heat exchangers in rectangular design are often used in applications where drainage is necessary. The blocks are interconnected with PTFE gaskets between the blocks and the studs. The design makes the blocks easy to service, which is preferable in dirty or crystallising applications. The units are designed according to AD 2000 N2, DGRL.

Drilling diameter: from 8 to 22 mm
Operating temperature: 0 °C to 150 °C with phenolic resin impregnation. 20 °C to 240 °C with PFA.
Operating pressure: 3 bar (on request 10 bar)
