Wernert vertical pump VKPF/VKP

Vertical plug-in pump with submersible length up to 1.5 metres (type VKPF) or up to 8.5 metres (type VKP), and variable length suction pipe. The pump is designed to pump aggressive, corrosive and abrasive media. The unit is ATEX classified according to ATEX T3.

• The pump lacks both shaft seals and shaft bearings in contact with the pumped medium.
• The entire bearing is located in the bearing bracket above the pump's mounting flange which is protected by a gas seal against corrosive gases. This design means that the pump is dry-running safe and very suitable for abrasive fluids.
• The pump is easily installed with the mounting flange on open, covered or unpressurised containers.
• The standard material is UHMW-PE which has a wide range of resistance and good properties against abrasive media. Depending on the properties of the pumping medium, other fluids may be affected.
