Euroflon Aerostyle Pyrojacket®

Pyrojacket® from ADL Insulflex is primarily used to insulate and protect hoses and cables in extremely hot and demanding industrial environments.

The products are designed to withstand extremely low and high temperatures whilst maintaining both their protective properties and flexibility at both very low and extremely high temperatures. They are completely asbestos-free, easy to handle and easy to clean.

The range includes several different designs:

• The Pyrojacket PJA (Aerostyle), an elastic sleeve available in diameters ranging from 6 to 127 mm, with larger diameters up to 292 mm available on request.
• Pyrotape is a heat-resistant tape available in widths ranging from 25 to 125 mm, whilst
• Pyroblanket is a protective sheet available in several variants and in lengths of up to 45 m.

Internal dimensions: 6.5 mm – 140 mm (Available up to an internal diameter of 292 mm)
Temperature range: 54°C to +260°C (continuous), 1093°C (15–20 mins) and up to 1650°C (15–30 secs)
Interior material: Glass-fibre braid
External material: Iron oxide red silicone rubber
