The food-grade hoses are designed for hygienic flow in the food, dairy and the pharmaceutical industry. Their high flexibility makes these hoses suitable for installations involving manual handling, tight bend radii and repetitive movements.

The range includes, amongst other things:

• UNIX with a white IIR (butyl) inner lining. A universal rubber hose for foodstuffs and chemicals.
• ATOS with a white NBR (nitrile) inner lining, suitable for media with a high fat content, such as vegetable oils, animal fats and cream.

The hoses are constructed with textile reinforcement and a steel spiral. They are manufactured to tolerances in accordance with ISO 1307/92 and have an inner rubber lining that meets the requirements of EC 1935/2004, EU 10/2011, FDA and M.D. 21/03/73. The hoses are available in Animal Derivative Free and Phthalate Free versions.

Food-grade hoses can be fitted hygienically by crimping or using clamps and SMS, TC or DIN-type fittings.
