Geppert - CR-E electric agitator for plastic tanks

The CR-E tank mixers are designed for use on plastic containers with 150 mm filling openings and volumes from 600 l to 1 200 l. The customer can choose between different viscosity-related basic versions of fast and slow mixers with electric drive. The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts by sleeve couplings or supported by the hollow shaft of the gear (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric running after assembly.

The agitator is mounted on a container bridge, which is included in the delivery and is clamped with a quick clamping system on the cage frame of the IBC container. The plastic mass of the container is therefore not damaged by any static or dynamic loads from the agitator. The container bridge bracket is adjustable for different container models.

• The impellers are designed to fit through the 150 mm filling opening when inserted.
• The electric hopper mixers are supplied with on/off switches with low voltage switches. The electric container mixers can also be supplied with frequency converter units.
• Explosion-proof mixers are also possible.
