Geppert - CRP-E agitator for plastic containers

The CRP-E tank agitators are equipped with a pneumatic drive. They have been specifically designed for plastic IBCs with filling openings of at least 150 mm and volumes from 600 l up to 1 200 l. The fast-rotating pneumatic agitators are equipped with bearing and coupling housings. By means of the maintenance unit, the compressed air is enriched with oil for the blade drive.

The agitator is mounted on a container bridge, which is included in the delivery, and is clamped with a quick clamping system to the cage frame of the IBC. The plastic mass of the container is therefore not damaged by any static or dynamic loads from the agitator.

• Folding propellers that fit through the DN 150 mm filling opening are used for gear-driven agitators.
• The agitator shafts are connected to the drive shafts by sleeve couplings or carried within the hollow shaft of the gear (worm gears). The agitator shafts are balanced for concentric running after assembly.
• Explosion-proof mixers are also possible.
