Geppert - FRP drum mixer

FRP is Geppert Rührtechnik's high-speed pneumatic air mixer that can be mounted directly on 200 litre steel drums with a 2" tapping hole. PIF is mounted on the drum with a 2-inch threaded adapter. The agitator is screwed into the tapping hole.

We offer a drive specially adapted for low viscosity media and a drive specially adapted for medium viscosity media up to 1 000 mPas. The agitator shaft is connected to a bearing shaft inside the drum mixer casing by means of a sleeve coupling. This bearing shaft is connected to the drive shaft. As agitator elements, foldable propellers are used, which can be inserted into the drum through the 2-inch tapping hole when folded. As a mobile mixer, the FRP can be delivered as a turnkey machine with a service package for lubrication of the compressed air and a silencer.
