Geppert - LRE agitator

The LRE is the simplest solution for an industrial agitator. It consists of a hollow shaft with a gear drive (worm gear, parallel shaft or helical gear) and a rigid cast steel bearing housing. Thanks to this design, high torques are achieved. The agitator shaft is suspended in the gearbox and bearing housing and is divided by a flange coupling below the mounting flange.

• Depending on your tank size, the LRE series agitator is available in four different frame sizes. Shaft diameters from 40 mm to 130 mm with lengths up to 12,000 mm can be realised.
• Seal housings are supplied with shaft seals in various materials, stuffing boxes or mechanical seals are an option.
• Explosion protection according to ATEX 2014/34/EU for hazardous zones 0 to 2 for gases and for hazardous zones 20-22 for dusts (unit group II, categories 1-3).
