Geppert - LRK agitator

The LRK top-entry agitator is used to fulfil stringent requirements for both bearing and smooth operation. In addition to its rigid cast steel bearing housing, this agitator series has a coupling housing with a flexible coupling to connect the drive to a shaft journal. The LRK can thus be supplied as a fast rotating agitator with long shafts. The agitator shaft is suspended in the bearing housing and is divided by a flange coupling below the mounting flange.

• Depending on your tank size, the LRK series agitator is supplied in six different frame sizes. Shaft diameters from 40 mm to 130 mm with lengths up to 12,000 mm can be realised.
• Explosion protection according to ATEX 2014/34/EU for explosion zones 0 to 2 for gases and for explosion zones 20-22 for dusts (device group II, categories 1-3).
• Bearing housings with shaft seals of different materials are possible, alternatively with stuffing boxes or mechanical seals.
