Electric tank agitators for stainless steel IBCs from Geppert
LRK-C series tank mixers and their drives LRK-A is a special design intended for use in stainless steel tanks with filling openings of at least 400 mm and mixing volumes from 400 l to 1,500 l. The customer can choose between different viscosity-related basic versions of fast and slow mixers with electric drives.
The agitator unit that remains in the container is connected to the drive unit by a bayonet coupling and a coupling. The drive unit is removable so that one drive unit can be used for several interchangeable agitator units. The agitator is mounted on the manhole of the container, which is clamped with butterfly screws or a clamping ring.
The agitator shafts are suspended in a bearing housing welded to the container lid on the product side.
The impellers are designed to fit through the DN 400 filling opening when inserted.
- If required, the electric tank agitators are supplied with an on/off switch with low voltage switch.
- The electric hopper mixers can also be supplied with frequency converter units.
- Explosion-proof design according to ATEX (2014/34/EU) for operation in ex-zones 0-2 for gases and zones 20-22 for dusts (device group II, categories 1-3).
