Geppert - SPR agitator

The SPR direct drive agitator is Geppert Rührtechnik's solution for all industrial mixing tasks requiring turbulent mixing at high peripheral speeds. It is driven by a three-phase motor with poles between 2 and 8 and power ratings between 0.25 kW and 75.0 kW. The SPR can also be equipped with a frequency converter on request (up to 7.5 kW).

The agitator shaft is directly connected to the drive shaft journal via sleeve or flange coupling. Quick coupling or precision coupling solutions are also possible for lower drives up to 3.0 kW. The standard mixing element is a propeller. Other mixing elements according to the mixing task on request.

• The SPR can be mounted as a stationary unit or - at a weight of up to 25kg - directly on the open tank using a container clamp.
• Up to motor size 112, all SPR series agitators can also be fitted with a reinforced shaft.
• Type-approval certificate number for zone 0 (category 1).
