Euroflon OPW® Autolok™ – Quick-release couplings

OPW® Autolok™ is a patented quick-release coupling with self-locking safety arms and represents a further development in the field of cam couplings. The arms are designed to ensure a high level of safety during coupling and lock automatically to prevent accidental opening.

The coupling body, cam arms and pins are manufactured from acid-resistant 316 stainless steel. The Spring Ring™ retaining rings are made from stainless steel and spring back to their original position along the coupling body, ensuring a secure lock. The Autolok™ coupling body is available in sizes from 3/4 inch to 4 inches and comes as standard with nine different types of connections ranging from 1/2 inch to 4 inches. The standard gasket is CSM Hypalon®.

Autolok™ is manufactured and is compatible with all couplings in accordance with EN 14420-7, which has replaced the previous standard DIN 2828, and MIL-AA-59326, which has replaced the previous standard MIL-C-27487. OPW® Autolok™ couplings are marked with a batch number, which enables the provision of a 3.1 material certificate.
