CP magnetically driven PFA-lined self-priming centrifugal pump, type MKPL-S, maximum flow rate 35 m³/h
MKPL-S is a magnetically driven, self-priming, PFA-lined centrifugal pump designed for the safe handling of corrosive and demanding chemicals. The pump features a robust design with a ductile iron casing and a thick-walled, vacuum-tight PFA liner that is mechanically anchored to the metal casing for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.
The pump’s self-priming design enables suction heads of up to 8 metres and eliminates the need for an external auxiliary or buffer fluid. The integrated suction chamber ensures high operational reliability even when air is present in the process. The magnetically driven design is completely sealed with no shaft seal, which minimises the risk of leakage and reduces maintenance requirements.
As standard, the bearings are made of sintered silicon carbide (SSiC), which offers excellent wear resistance and chemical resistance. The pump is also 100 % vacuum-tight and can handle liquids with a particle content of up to 10 %, depending on the application.
The pump complies with the EC Machinery Directive, the EC ATEX Directive and the DIN EN ISO 5199 and 15783 standards.
