Pharmaline N is a flexible PTFE hose developed for pharmaceutical production and other demanding applications within pharmaceutical-, chemistry– and the food industry. The hose is an alternative to conventional silicone hoses when the application places higher demands on, for example, service life during autoclaving, chemical resistance and internal cleaning.
The Pharmaline N hose offers a very high degree of flexibility for a hose with a smooth PTFE inner surface. The external ribbed and grooved profile provides protection against kinking and vacuum.
Pharmaline N contains:
- Smooth PTFE interior
- Extremely high flexibility
- Support against buckling and vacuum
- Stainless steel braided sheath
- White silicone sheath for extra external support
- 100 % PTFE compliant with USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.1550
- Antistatic black finish with additives approved in accordance with FDA 21 CFR 178.3297
Pharmaline N forms part of the range of PTFE hoses for the pharmaceutical industry and is CE marked in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU (formerly 97/23/EC), with full quality assurance in accordance with Module H.
