Hoses and hose accessories are available only to customers in Norway

The FaBLINE™ range from Aflex is a hygienic PTFE food-grade hose developed for demanding applications in the food industry. Its patented, smooth and kink-resistant design offers several advantages over traditional process hoses.

The smooth interior ensures low friction and can handle up to twice the flow rate of corrugated hoses of the same size. This contributes to more efficient processes, particularly when transporting highly viscous fluids, where traditional rubber hoses may be at risk of becoming blocked or bursting.

FaBLINE™ has also been developed for efficient CIP processes. The benefits include, amongst other things:

• Shorter cleaning cycles through high chemical compatibility.
• Reduced use of chemicals and tools during CIP cleaning.
• Longer service life, which can reduce the need for hose changes and production stoppages.
• Lower labour costs through fewer replacements and less maintenance.
