Piston diaphragm pumps for filter presses
One of the most common applications for piston diaphragm pumps is feeding of filter presses, where the pump works in two distinct stages:
- Initially, the filter press is filled with large volumes at low pressure
- Then filtration takes place with smaller flows and very high pressure
