Efficient dirt filter that purifies corrosive chemicals
Dirt filters are used as a mechanical purification of corrosive chemicals. Effectively captures the solid particles larger than the mesh size of the filter insert as the medium flows through the cylindrical insert. The dirt filters can also be supplied with alternative mesh sizes.

Differential pressure measurement across the dirt filter gives an indication of the filter status. A sharply increased pressure drop across the filter indicates that the filter insert should be cleaned.
For best performance and easiest cleaning of the filter insert, the filter should be mounted in horizontal pipework with the cover down. Note the direction of flow. The filter can be mounted in vertical position with downward flow.
